Every morning, before the world gets busy, I go for a walk. It's become a habit I've stuck with for 5 to 6 years now, and it's made a huge difference in my life, especially since I work from home.


Why I Started

Working from home meant sitting a lot. I realized I needed to move more to stay healthy. That's when I thought, "Why not start my day with a walk?"
